Logistics / Freight Forwarding

We recommend that you use the services of a freight forwarder or shipper that has experience with events in Hannover. Don’t risk having your exhibit materials arrive late—or not at all—by using a shipper without international trade show experience. Kuhne + Nagel and TWI Group are two trusted freight forwarding partners.

Kuhne + Nagel specializes in domestic as well international exhibition freight-forwarding and is one of the official on-site handing agents of the Hannover fairgrounds.

Match & Meet

Match & Meet is a platform that matches suppliers and potential customers based on their customized profiles, and helps them get in touch. It’s easy to initiate contacts with potential business partners before a trade show begins, which can then be pursued face-to-face at the event.

Match & Meet is a valuable tool for both exhibitors and visitors (potential customers). The service can help anyone who is looking for new business, network partners, information sources or investors – because personal contact is the basis for business success.
